I liked the hotel and the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The only thing was the bathrooms, the bathtub is very dirty. They should improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms. If they did, it would be excellent.

The staff was lovely! However, the conditions seemed to be on the downslide. Our room was clean (props to Savanna!), but seemed worn out. The bedside lamp arced when my husband turned it off, and it made us question the safety of the electrical work. Breakfast was fine! Again, staff so nice. Give them all a raise.

Hotel is basic, but has all the things you need for a short, routine stay. We were disappointed as house-keeping came in and replaced and refreshed all the towels, but not only did they not make the beds, but they left them as complete mess, which was contrary to what the information sheet said at check-in.

Property is old & needs refurbishing. Old mattresses bent & worn out. Location is convenient. Big point of sale. Can be managed into a 5 star hotel if wanted to. Staff is attentive & helpful. Service is excellent in all areas.

Breakfast was great! Location was right in front of the Ithaca mall. Parking was easy and staff very friendly and courteous. Property felt a bit older but was a solid value choice. Will definitely come again!

Nice staff but the place is a little tired and could use updating and better maintenance. Electrical plug was wobbly in the bathroom and made me a little afraid to plug in a hairdryer. And breakfast buffet on paper plates with plastic utensils? Not an inexpensive place, and could use a little more TLC to make me want to return at these prices.

the bathroom was dirty. We had ants inside the room that were annoying. I had insect bite rash on our legs and our poor dog. The coffee maker did not work. Not worth the price at all. It was a really bad experience.

I love that this location has both indoor and outdoor pool. close to restaurants and is basically in the main road but is very quiet. The room were clean and equipped with Tv, hot water pot and microwave to heat up some left over. And its very affordable as well.

The hotel was quite empty and I think the reason is the poor condition. Outside is nice with pool but indoors a lot of cracks in walls, buckets with drainage, and just musty and not like the pictures.

Family friendly hotel

We stayed at the Cayuga Blu for 2 nights in April and had a pleasant experience. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a classic double room and brought our own air mattress. The hotel was clean and the service was nice and friendly. The breakfast was a good classic selection of hot and cold items and was satisfying. The hotel could definitely use some updating and some repairs in spots but overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay again.
