Professionally decorated, Vermilion Oasis has a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The home also includes private theater room with surround sound & kitchenette, arcade, fire pit, fully stocked upgraded gourmet kitchen, huge private swim/spa, and spacious patio. Private community also features fitness center and two resort style pools with a lazy river and waterslide park!

THIS IS THE PLACE to stay, whether you are coming to the beautiful Southern Utah area for hiking in our pristine Zion National Park or enjoying a show at the unique Tuacahn Theater. Vermilion Oasis is a gorgeous 3,858 sq. ft. family resort home in Paradise Village at Zion, which has won the award for “Best of State Resort” every year since it was opened in 2015. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, arcade, theater room with surround sound & kitchenette, built in fire pit, and your very own private swim spa on the spacious patio!

The upgraded gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you might need for delicious home cooked meals after a day filled with fun and excitement! It features stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a dining table that seats 12 (and can be expanded to seat up to 18), and even more seating at the large kitchen island and adjoining private patio. These features make Vermilion Oasis the perfect setting for family reunions, corporate retreats or any other group gathering!

Give each morning a jump start with a workout in the community’s fitness center, or in the private swim spa located on the patio. Then take a refreshing swim in one of the two resort style pools our private community has to offer, and you’ll be ready for a full day of adventuring and exploring everything the St. George area has to offer.

As the sun begins to set, return to Vermilion Oasis for a evening barbecue and marshmallow roasting over the built in fire pit! S'mores anyone?! Take a relaxing soak in the large private hot tub as you take in the beauty of the glowing desert stars. Settle into a comfortable spot on the couch in the theater room and spend some time together watching your favorite movie in surround sound while fixing a late night snack at the kitchenette in the home theater room.

Each of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and flat screen Roku TV's. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed and 3 have queen beds. Kids absolutely love the huge bunk room with 4 custom built in twin over double bunk beds! So much fun! There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Vermilion Oasis adjoins over 50 miles of paved, scenic walking/biking trails. This property also backs up to Archie Gubler park with a splash pad, playground equipment, lighted pickleball courts, sand volleyball, baseball fields, and basketball courts.

Take a short walk to state of the art Harmon’s Grocery Store & Gas Station with gelato bar, deli, and catering available. For a delicious Tex-Mex lunch try Cafe Rio, or, for sandwiches and soups, Capriotti’s. Both are next door to Harmon’s Grocery Store. Scenic Snow Canyon State Park and the renowned Tuacahn Theater are located just minutes away!

Great Stay

We loved how big the house was and we were so happy that every room had its own bathroom. The hot tub on the back patio is huge and we also enjoyed using the resort pool. The host left us ingredients for s’mores which was awesome and so nice of her. The only wishes we had was that we could turn the AC up (house was a little hot) and we couldn’t wear shoes in the house but our socks would get dirty making us think the floors were not super clean. However, we had a great stay and we loved how close it was to Tuacahn.

Fabulous family reunion location

We loved having our family reunion of 22 at this home. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pools and games at the house and of course tbe fun spa on the property. Tara was so easy to work with and so responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for such an amazing time!

Perfect for large families

Beautiful home, loved all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and bunkbed room. We loved having the option between the two pools, playing pickleball, and games around the fire pit in the evening. Owner was immediately available for questions. Home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for all of your needs. We will be back. 😊

Very nice, felt bad arcade games did not work. Older children tried and tried to make them work.

Very easy and good experience. We will come back to this VRBO again. Steps to hot tube have cracks and are sharp on little ones bare feet.

Lacking in cleanliness

After receiving all the rules for the house (there were many) from the property manager, our group was expecting we were going to be staying in pure luxury. The rules definitely increased expectations. The house was absolutely gross. The carpets were disgusting! My kids' brand new white socks are now black on the bottom. We found 2 live cockroaches in the house; one in the kitchen sink, and one on the floor and a few dead ones around the house. The kitchen counters were not clean (i.e. dried food on the countertops and backsplash). The description of the property says NEW, this is anything but NEW. We still had a great time, but this property needs a definite deep clean. The layout of the house was great and the bunk room was a blast for all the cousins.

Best vacation for big families!!

We were 25 people and and it never felt crowded. The house is spacious, awesome layout and the pools are so much fun. Tera is a great host. It will be hard to top this vacation anywhere else.

Great Venue for Family Reunion

Perfect for our family. Parents all got a bedroom and grandkids loved staying together in the bunk room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and water park were a blast as were the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table. Fun hikes in close proximity. We had a blast with the variety of things to do.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Great Location for Big Groups!

Great home for a large family!

The home was big enough for our whole family. The children loved the video room and their bunk room. We could feel separate, but still close. The kitchen area had all the necessities and room enough for the whole family to sit together.

Great place for family get together!

This was a great property that made our stay in the area so nice. We were able to spend time at the home comfortably with our large family, and also used it as a launching area for some of the fun local attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best!!

This property was fantastic. Big and beautiful and so clean! Everything was so well thought out, they even had ikea plates and utensils for the kids. Who thinks of that?! The kids LOVED the bunk room and there were so many rooms and beds to spread out on. There was plenty of seating and space for our large group to sit and hang out together and even eat together. A table that seats like 20 plus two living room areas where we all had a spot on a couch! The owner was easy to contact and work with. She even sent some suggestions beforehand of different places we could go with the different aged kids we were bringing. We hope to stay here again in the future!

I wish we could buy this place!

We have a huge family and have never really found a place that would fit us all comfortably, but this changed all of that. The living space was open and huge, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms, along with an area upstairs for kids and games and movies. We will definitely be reserving this place again.
