Great Location/Large Home

Great large home to accommodate multiple families. Well stocked. Bedding and mattresses could use an upgrade. Sheets are scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall we had a great time. Would stay again.

Great Vacation

The house was so spacious with more than enough seating at meals for all 19 of us. We had 7 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. The 3 pool areas offered different experiences and our grandkids especially enjoyed them.

Great place for large groups!

We stayed a week here with a fairly large group with lots of kids and infants. House was clean, well stocked, and had TONS of room for kids between the two bunk rooms, pull out beds, trundles etc… hot tub was nice, house was clean on arrival, and nearby pools were awesome for everyone. We were able to crockpot a meal one night, grill the next, and oven bake a meal another night with everything needed to accommodate that. Loved having a bathroom for every room. Only thing is that description says there are 3 rooms with king beds. This wasn’t true and there were only two with kings, rest were queens. But not a dealbreaker. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

For the money I don’t think I would stay there again.

For the money I don’t think I would stay there again. The property was nice, but most of the rooms had either bunkbeds or full sized beds. The master bedroom was hotter than the other rooms in the house. If you have large vehicles, the driveways are small so you’ll have to find additional parking. For 3 1/2 days, it was expensive.

We loved our stay in Santa Clara.

Loved this property but ran out of garbage can liners in the kitchen. The fridge in the garage didn't keep the food very cold, something needs to be fixed.

Nice property - could use some upgrades

Overall nice property for our group of 22. We enjoyed our time there and there was plenty of room for everyone. Some upgrades could be used -- the front burner on the stove would only ignite 40% of the time. The repairman came in to check and told us we had "gotten the burner wet". No, you need to do a repair on the stove. Ice maker didn't work (no, we didn't over use it), so, if you are renting this property, plan on bringing your own ice. The property was well equipped with dishes, silverware, small appliances etc. A garage fridge would be nice with a capacity of 24 guests. Also, you should probably replace the coffee maker -- it won't register that the pot is in place and hence, won't brew (we used a spatula to get the pot in the right position for brewing).

Big Group of 4 families

The house was perfect for our group. Great layout, each room had a bathroom so no families had to share and having the downstairs living room as a hangout for the kids worked great. AC worked really well. The pools on the property were great. The fitness center isn't much to speak of but its a good area for going out to run. The house was only stocked with a little bit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags but there is a grocery store right down the street so it worked out ok. The pictures show basketball, volleyball and pickleball but that is technically at the park next door and you have to bring all your own equipment. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Paradise village

We had 19 people from our family for our first family reunion in about a decade. It was great. The property was clean and well kept. The pools were great for our kids. Will go back.

Great Location

Property was clean and spacious. We loved the proximity to bike trails, snow canyon and Harmons. 😃 This neighborhood was so fun for our large group with plenty for everybody to do. We will be back!

Amazing!

Perfect stay for an entire softball team/ Coaches. Everyone slept comfortably, enjoyed ping pong in the garage and swimming/pickle ball courts near property. Highly recommend!

Great place for family fun

We had a great stay. The bedrooms were all well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room areas were also well suited for multiple adults and children. Great air-hockey table and the community pools and recreation facilities are some of the best St. George has to offer.

Nice house and good location. Only issue was it was dirty. We had to vacuum up 10 dead cockroaches under the bunk beds.

Great property. Easy process to rent.

This was the second staying in this property cause we liked it so much. The only issue this time was that I didn’t get an email with the codes and was never able to get ahold of the property manager even after leaving a couple messages. Things were great, otherwise.

Great property for a family vacation!

This is was a great home to stay in with our kids and grandkids. Check-in was really simple. There was plenty of room for all 18 of us. Every bedroom had a bathroom, which was a great feature! The kitchen was large with a nice Long Island which was handy for meal prep and buffet style service for a large group. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. There were 2 pack-n-plays stored in the master bedroom closet. We wish that had been listed in the house details since we had two babies in our group. It would have been nice to know we didn’t need to bring our own. It would also have been nice to have a high chair but we did fine without one. The ping pong table in the garage and air hockey table in the basement were great. We were just a few houses away from the pools and hot tub. The grandkids especially loved the slide. The hot tub was quite large so it was a great place to gather at night at after swimming. We were so happy that the new water park opened. That was perfect for the whole family. The four-lane slide was fun for races and the lazy river was really great. The only negative was that their were lots of little sugar ants in the kitchen when we got there, as mentioned in a couple other reviews, but I messaged the property managers and someone arrived very quickly to spray them. We saw no more after that. It is a common issue in St. George at this time of year. Our whole family loved the accommodations here. There was plenty of room for us all and would highly recommend it for others!
