NEVER stay here or any other hotel in the same land area. Our truck got its drivers side window broken in to along with 8-9 cars around the area (same hotel and another hotel in front of). And of course the hotels have signs outside stating that they are not responsible for any damages lol. No wonder why

Noise pollution!

We both have a disability and they had no carts available at checkout time so we had to carry out luggage very hard on us! Every time we use Hotels.com we get a room near a noisy equipment room and it keeps us awake! Not happy!

Such a great place!

I was very pleasantly surprises at how nice this hotel was! There were so many amenities there, including a bbq grill and outdoor fireplace, coffee machine that makes custom lattes, and a wonderful breakfast!

Only 1 elevator was working, so there was long wait times. Limited people working so we couldnt be checked in till the next shift staff arrived. And the patio area outside of the pool is less than favorable. You are basically in the parking lot with a metal fance around you. There is nothing but a couple chairs and table. Not welcoming or inviting

Mattress cover had multiple stains on it…

The room seemed clean, until I pulled the fitted sheet back. The mattress cover had multiple stains on it- along the edges and up where the pillows lay. I slept on the middle of the bed. I checked the pillows also- they were fine. I had reserved the room the night before but when I got to the hotel at check in- was told to come back in about 45 minutes as the room wasn’t ready. The person at the check in didn’t seem customer friendly as another person stepped in when I finally checked in. I didn’t feel, for the money spent that the cleanliness or the value was there with the overall experience at this hotel. I would definitely seek out different lodging next time.
