We were initially given a room that had non-functional heat, a non-closing curtain, and a loose toilet. We were quickly reassigned to a room where all those items were satisfactory. The room was clean, but there were places that needed for appearance-maintenance in the room. The common areas were in good shape. Breakfast was very good. Staff are very responsive. Rooms just need better maintenance.

Decent stay!
The hotel was clean and the check-in process was quick and efficient. However, I assumed I'd be getting new towels are my bed made during my stay. At the very least, it would've been nice to have at least gotten new towels. Also, I am not sure if they provided me with new bedding prior to me checking it. I found strands of hair in the bed. My hair is in locs and does not shed so I am certain it was not my hair. Overall, the breakfast was great and I enjoyed my stay. Hopefully, they can provide better service in regard to making sure new bedding is provided after someone checks out of the room.

Property appeared to be old which made the bathroom appear to be dirty. A shirt from a previous tenant was left in the bathroom and a towel was under the sink counter. There were candy wrappers on the floor under the chair. The hairdryer was very old and there were stains in the toilet that I think were due to age. We only stayed one night and would not visit again.

Staff was great. Very convenient and quiet. Toilet was stopped up when we arrived. We were given a room that was already occupied. Fridge froze everything. Ice machine was broken . No microwave in dining room. Beds were comfortable and room clean. The trash was never emptied and dirty towels never taken. No maid ever entered the room. A sign was never placed on door to not enter.

The room was clean, the beds were good. I didn’t like the pillows, they were too fat. The bathroom door wouldn’t open completely, it drug on the floor. There were two bathroom lights but only one worked. The breakfast was good. The door keys were a problem. But in spite of the little problems I would stay there again.

A clean carpet goes a long way towards comfort
The Room was tidy and neat and hotel staff, were helpful & friendly. However, the decor was a bit out-dated and clearly cosmetic touches were added to disguise a much needed make over. The carpet was unbearable. The smell of age old rug fibers cut off your breathing, without the AC being on an extremely low temperature. Carpet needs a deep cleaning, w/steam-shampoo or a replacement.
