Tenant wasn’t there to check me, and didn’t answer the phone for 2 hours so I could let them know I was going to be a late check in, had to sleep in the parking lot

Room was clean and recently updated. Don’t count on breakfast. Nothing was out and when I asked the front desk they handed me a gallon of milk and a mini muffin. Then pointed to cold cereal dispenser.

It’s a no for me…

The bed sounded like it was set up on metal barrels. Outlets were missing and some plugs did not work.

The ad said there would be breakfast, but there was only dry cereal without milk and coffee. The room was musty smelling. The door has a lot of slack and made us feel unsafe.

This property seems to be undergoing renovations. My room was freshly painted and incredibly spacious. Rates are currently extremely reasonable.

Room was very cold heater did not work this price less than what I actually was charged on this site I felt as if I should have gotten some form of refund considering that they only charge or said that they charge me $53 where I paid more via this site

The toilet didn’t work but was fixed and then leaked. The floor was absolutely disgusting and the room smelled bad. I will not stay at this hotel again! Not happy!!
