Our room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole night, impacted my wife’s sinuses. When in the shower discovered the shampoo was empty. Staff at front desk didn’t seem concerned about these things when we checked out.

Checked in after a very long day driving and was very happy with the friendly desk clerk, clean hotel, and comfy bed. Only stayed one night for a college tour visit at UofM Ann Arbor. Much less expensive than staying in Ann Arbor and a very convenient drive the next morning.

The pool had dead bugs and webs on every window and the bathroom/changing room was dirtier than a porta-potty. It smelled like stale pee. Dropped my ring on the bed frame and when we went to lift to go search for it, i wish i would have never seen what the mattress was sitting on. Not many breakfast options to choose from. The remote in the room had no back to it so it barely worked unless you held the batteries down and angled it a certain way. No water bottles available (unless you paid) or cups in the room to go get water. Just very very unclean

The hotel is very nice. Love that our room flooring was not rug and the beds were comfortable. The only negative and really not terrible, was that I found the pillows way too soft.
