Beautiful Ocean Front Condo - Amazing views - Great location

This beautiful and popular Oceania Condominium condo is on the 10th floor, overlooks the pool, sandy beach, and ocean. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy watching as the bottle nose dolphins play and, if you're lucky, you may spot the occasionally whale surfacing leaving you breathless. This condo is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, fishing pier, and you can walk for miles on the beach in either direction. The complex is gated, has swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and a wonderful gym.

This is a beautiful property. It is secure and is right on the beach. Very clean and bright. The master bedroom has privacy from the rest of the unit and opens to the balcony. You can leave the door open to listen to the waves if weather permits. The owner and manager are both easy to deal with and the manager is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Great property right on the beach. Everything was as it said it was from the website. The owner and contact were amazing to work with and responded quickly. Plenty of great places to walk to to eat or just a short driveway. We went down for the Browns game and drove into the city of Jacksonville and had an awesome time. The place is beautiful and very secure. I took my special needs and didn’t have to worry about him getting out or in without me

Everything about this condo was perfect. I thought because we were going during spring break it would have been busy/loud but it was calm and quiet which was perfect for my family. Condo was exactly as expected based on the description and what I saw in the reviews. Clean, well appointed, communication with the owners was all perfect. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

Spring Festival Week
We vacationed for years utilizing the home rental agencies on line. Many are of medium to less than medium ratings in our opinions. This place and is so much better than most! Mona thought of absolutely everything for her guests. It was a gorgeous view, perfect location, very quiet condo, the list goes on. Beautiful Condo with an amazing view of the ocean!
Beautiful condo on the beach right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach! The condo was clean and spacious with 2 bed rooms and 2 baths. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream sandwich shop and a brewery. We will miss our morning walks on the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic condo
This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. All furnishings shown online were there and were great. The decor was nice and the beds were very comfortable. They provided everything we could need for our stay, the balcony was huge and the view spectacular! We had no communication problems with the owner/reps at all! We would definitely stay here again. Better than Home for Christmas
We’ve made it a tradition to rent a beach front property for Christmas through New Year’s Eve these last few years. We’ve stayed within this building before, but this condo was our favorite by far. Well cared for, clean, well stocked and well equipped! We had everything we needed for a complete Christmas dinner and numerous home made meals throughout the week. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows- it was better than being home!

Perfect Ocean Front Vacation Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed, ocean front condo! It was immaculately clean and included every comfort imaginable, from the heavenly beds to the fully stocked Keurig! The hostesses Magaly & Mona, even provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys! Mona regularly checked in via text and offered suggestions for dining and other fun activities! In addition to any appliance you could want, there is a full size washer & dryer, as well as laundry supplies provided in the unit! The building has a nicely equipped gym where you can work out with an ocean view too! We did not have the best weather for our stay but the comfort of this condo allowed us to enjoy our vacation during Hurricane Nicole! We hope to visit JAX Beach again, but only if we can stay here!
