Property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is great. The rooms are really nice. Slept very good in a quiet area. But what really sold us was the excellent free breakfast we got in the morning and I’m talking a real breakfast eggs bacon sausage toast you name it I won’t say anywhere else if I come to Palestine.

Quaint Gem
This hotel was clean and comfortable. It needs a little updating. But it has been maintained. Restaurant breakfast included was a nice touch. I would stay again.

Door did not shut properly. Ice machine did not work. Room I booked weeks in advance was given away the day before and this made each of us not have a bed to ourselves - but had to make do with a short couch. Only bright spot was the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant.

Most everything was pretty good, except for finding ice. They put the ice machine down on the south end of the units on the 2nd floor, making it difficult or impossible for a person with difficulty of ascending the stops to get to it.

A very nice place to stay.
Our stay was good no noise issues and pool was nice. Everything worked good. Everything was clean. Mattreses were a bit stiff but didn't hurt my sensitive back, a pluss. Nice area where I could work at. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff as I was new to the area. My questions were answered and helpful tips were given to me. I will defintely return there. My room was clean and comfy and well stocked with coffee, and shampoo and lotion and soap and the remote was in the room. Yaaay

1st. room a\c didn't work on a 100 degree day, 2nd. moved to another room, couldn't get card to work 3rd. move to this room and the a\c did work...GREAT!!! Then there were crickets everywhere and in the room...would I go back there NOPE!!!!
