Michael and Becky was wonderful as always And the new girl Allison too she was really nice. I love staying at the Candlewood. It's always so clean. My go to hotel 💙
I really enjoyed my 7 day stay. My suite was quiet, clean & stocked with everything I needed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future!
The room was very nice. Besides the people staying next to me, slamming doors thru out the day and night. My stay was excellent. Front desk staff were very friendly
Overall excellent stay. When asked for essentials they provided promptly and politely what asked for. Elegant room and comfortable. Felt like bathroom could be updated for the price of the room. However would stay again.
The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful; from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. At check-in, Preston was very helpful and attentive. Throughout my 5-day stay, Michael was very professional and exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was being painted on the outside and the wind blew some of the paint mist onto my uncles truck and Micheal was able to settle it with the manager without incident. We even shared several laughs together about my room key (inside joke). I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back real soon. My only regret is that I didn’t get to say goodbye to Michael before checking out because he wasn’t there that day. Nonetheless, keep smiling and being your best, happy, hospitable self Michael. Well, drove three hours for business and super tired. Turned covers down and noticed tiny (what I thought was dirt or something) until one of the tiny pieces started moving. Yep, infestation of bed bugs. Called front desk and was relocated to the room across the hall. After double bagging all my clothes up, taking ANOTHER shower and checking the room that was still too close for comfort, I finally got to sleep a little. My morning and subsequent business suffered. On my way home now and have to wash everything I have in my bag in hot water and throw away my suitcase. I feel like I want to throw it all away as not to infest my home. An apology would’ve been nice but not front desk staff’s fault. Avoid room 203 or check carefully before you get comfortable!
