We enjoyed our 1 night stay. We like to come to Topsailthe day before our condo is ready so we have more Saturday beach time. This year it was very pricey and the breakfast ‘egg sandwich’ was horrible.

Could not find the front desk staff for several minutes checking in. I was calling out and began calling on the phone when she showed up. The music by the elevator was deafening and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. All very unusual compared to our previous stays at other Hamptons.

My daughter and I and my two-year-old grandson stayed two nights here. We had a great time and it was so wonderful walking into a nice clean air-conditioned room. We even used their packable crib and everything was great. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon and the pool with lots of fun. No complaints from us!

Our bathroom floor was old and not real clean. The room had a pet odor when we checked it but it disappeared after a day or so. The breakfast was good and the staff as friendly. The hotel is convenient to Topsail Beach. The room was spacious.

The hotel was fine, clean and comfortable. But two things were problematic. One, the hot water in the sink NEVER came on, it was always cold. Two, our room was not cleaned even though we were there two nights. No dry towels, bed not made, no coffee packages. Had to go down to the desk to get coffee for the morning. At the price we paid, seems like that should have happened. And we were gone all day!
