This space is decorated with so much style and incredibly clean so you will feel right at home. You have plenty of closet space for longer trips and are welcome to use any storage areas we have. There are 4 different porch/seating areas, an outdoor dining table and a grill to use. Just bring some charcoal. There is a full size washer and dryer you are welcome to use.

Bohemian porch oasis

This cute little place was perfect for our stay. We travel a lot for work and love when a Vrbo is budget friendly because we get the luxuries of home. The porch area was delightful with several places to just hang out. Restaurants and a couple bars within walking distance! I even walked down the street to get a piercing. The unit was adorable with all the retro furnishings! Super comfy couch, big TV. Ac units and ceiling fans made it very comfortable. We worked during the day and went to see the sights at night. This place was perfect and we would happily stay again if ever in the area!

A little escape

The person who stayed upstairs wasn’t aware of thenoise he/she was making at all hours of the night. I realize the house is over 100 years old which is amazing but the noise was a bit interrupting with our sleep. Other than that, it was a lovely escape.

Great Location!

It is true, you can hear your neighbors somewhat. BUT, the beds were super comfy, everything was clean and smelled nice. The location is PERFECT!! We walked to eat each night. Went to the bar for drinks. It was a wonderful stay!

Nice cozy cottage

I enjoyed my time spent at this cozy lil cottage. The location was great. Love some of the retro decor! Just have to tidy up a lil on the housekeeping part & place an AC unit in the second bedroom along with better lighting. Otherwise everything was great!… I would stay again!

Avoid this property

Frankly I was very disappointed in the property. Parking information was very misleading. This property has 3 spots to park, one of which is blocked by a permanent storage unit. Oh, and the other two spaces? Those are shared by the 4 other units, meaning you will always have to park on the street. But consider the fact, there is never any street parking in the evening due to the bars in the area. Totally unsafe. The ceiling is incredibly thin, meaning you can hear your neighbors above you, and I mean you care hear EVERYTHING, gross. Additionally only one of the bedrooms has A/C and neither of the rooms have the ability to lock, meaning you have to trust the property manager is constantly changing the code between guests, another safety issue. Upon first entry floors were unclean, and the fridge had many half eaten foods left inside. Additionally, while staying for two months, the bathroom absolutely reeked of mold and mildew, the property manager was nice and responsive, but the issue was only fixed on the last week of our two month stay. Additionally property renovations were done during our stay, such as repainting, and wall/ roof repair. Walking to work at 7:30 am in the morning I was nearly hit in the head by wood chunks with exposed rusted nails. That being said, if you are staying here. for a day or two, its not that bad, its a nice area close to some fun things. But I cannot recommend staying here for any long amount of time, the property description is misleading.
