Denied entry
They denied entry as one of the fellow person did not have a VALID ID proof according to them . They did not allowed with my ID proof & it was a horrible staff with no respect for individual . I will never recommend for this hotel to anyone !!

Nice hotel but be clear with no of days stay
Booked for 1 day. Next day left keys with staff and at 5 evening staff called and told me sir ur booking was for 1 day and you need to check out as all rooms are booked. I told them he should have told me in morning when I was leaving my keys. He said if u would have told us that u will continue then we would have informed.
