50th Bday Celebration

3 couples came to celebrate one of our 50th birthdays - property was just as described. It was roomy, well maintained, nicely decorated and furnished for comfort. We enjoyed the decks and the dock chairs/swings. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Highly recommended!

Cutest little dried-up "lake-houe"

Family and I came in for Thanksgiving and found a great house. It is centrally located and easy to get to. The home is nicely decorated and has all the amenities of home. Everything was clean, modern and well taken care of. We truly had nothing bad to say about the stay...except for the "lake" part. I am from the tri-cities so i was prepared for the fluctuating water levels. That, however, was not the case. There was NO WATER AT ALL. This was extremely disappointing as we were not able to use the kayaks, do the fishing we planned for or enjoy the beautiful water views. Not just that but we paid the premium for this "lake house" - the same amount we would've spent in another lake house that actually had water. The listing is definitely misleading and if the water part of renting a "Lake House" is important to you, do not rent this one. Management does not allow any more people than what you reserved for to be at the house. Meaning, we rented for 7 in our family - no more than 7 could be there at any time. This seemed unreasonable to us. I understand rules and regulations but this was extreme! We're an older family and not a bunch of kids looking for a good party house! Side note, the driveway is very narrow and you share it with another home. Limited space and no privacy.

Perfect Home Base for Races

This waterfront home was wonderful for our group of 6 adults. We were visiting for NASCAR and found this home peaceful, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Outside deck and boathouse areas were great for lounging and visiting. Thank you for being gracious and accommodating hosts, Greg & Darlene. Note: the upper level shower is suitable for children only.

Priceless Family Reunion and Wedding

Our multigenerational family met in Johnson City for our son’s wedding. The Lake House accommodations were welcoming and comfortable. The house accommodations were welcoming, comfortable and perfect for our family time. The lake front location, fishing and outdoor space was also perfect for creating priceless lifelong memories. Greg and Darlene were perfect hosts and their home is everything advertised and more. Thank you for the perfect stay.

The BEST vacation rental property

This was hands down the best vacation rental I’ve ever used. Clean, amenities of a luxury hotel, great location, wonderful owners. It’s so relaxing hanging out there, who wants to go anywhere else.

Ready to buy!!

We are ready to buy this property. It’s perfect!! The location wasn’t far from shopping, restaurants or activities. The kids loved the kayaks and the swings. We fished, rented a boat, cooked on the grill and had a campfire with s’mores . The view is beautiful to wake up to and look at while having coffee on the deck or dock. The patio set was to die for on the deck and the table with the fire is on our birthday list. Everything you could think of was there in and out of the house. It was more than we was looking for. Definitely more than a 10 out of 10.

Perfect family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We really loved the three different levels of bedrooms. Every couple was able to have their own area which gave some privacy after a full day together on the lake. We really appreciated the furnished dock area as well and spent so much time there at the lake. It was just perfect!

Perfect stay!

We had a great time staying at this vrbo. It was clean and equipped with everything you need! Such a great space in and outdoors! The fire table was perfect for the weather we had. The holiday decorations were beitiful.They do drain the lake in winter time. Not a big deal for us, we still had fun exploring!

Everything you might need for a family gathering.

This was the perfect place for our family to get together for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was as well stocked as my kitchen at home, plenty of dishes, pans and all the small appliances you might need. Comfortable beds and extra blankets ensured everyone slept well. The lake levels fluctuate throughout the year and lake was dry for our stay. This was perfect for us, the kids could stomp in the mud and collect sticks without the adults worrying about someone falling in. We loved having the deck, grill and fire pit, and used them daily. The owner was quick to respond when we arrived and had a problem with the keypad. A great place to stay in a beautiful part of Tennessee.

We had a great stay. It was close to everything in Johnson City but still so peaceful and quiet. The house and grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you for being great hosts.

Amazing Home and Location!!

If you are looking for a lake house vacation rental then this is definitely your place!! The home and location were even better than we expected. The house is beautiful decorated and incredibly clean!! There were 6 of us on our stay and we had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cookware and every utensil you could possibly need. The deck was our favorite place to hang out in the evenings and has great views of the lake, not too mention the high quality gas grill and patio furniture big a huge plus! Our days were spent kayaking on the lake, fishing and relaxing in the swings on the dock! We will definitely be going back!! Thanks to Greg and Darlene for going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was amazing!!
