There was no remote for the TV and the phone didn't work. Daughter and had to get down on our hands and knees to clean the floor. We had children with us 1 disabled so cleaning the room thuraly was a must. We shouldnt have had to do that. Kids had to use a tablet to watch tv on.

The hotel its self was prety good. People were nice. Parking was great. They alow pets and thats great for those in need. The room however was not clean. My daughter and I got down on our hands and knees to clean the floor. The dresser was wiped off and the beds were made, bathroom looked wiped over but wasnt clean! We cleaned it. Besides that issue there was no remote for the TV I requested one twice but did not receive one. Its a good thing I had my tablet for my 3 year old disabled grandson to watch disney. Lastly the phone in the room did not work. This is a safty hazard if somthing was wrong and the occupant didnt have a cell phone.

Motel is in excellent location, near multiple restaurants. No towels when checked in, had to request them. Top of shelf (at my eye level) was dirty and covered with debris. Towel bar fell off wall when I put towel on it. No sound proofing, hear noise and music from adjacent rooms.

Dirty everything in the room. The floor I was on smelled like food cooking and garbage. No shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrush. I only had 2 bars of small soap to clean myself and wash my hair. Don't stay here unless you hate yourself!
