Terrible! Hard to find. Signage not good. Off in a little corner. Pull in and there is all kinds of weird characters hanging outside the building! Scared to get out the car! The man checking people in and the lady who checked me out were ok. Nothing special. The rooms should be fumigated! I killed two roaches crawling around. No hot water either day I stayed there! Beds look like they were barely hanging on if you don’t slide off the frame first! Only one light in the actual room work! Had to turn on the bathroom light to see good! No housekeeping! Elevator smelled like mold! Couldn’t find my reservation! And the list goes on and on! Damn! Just a terrible stay!
The shower 🚿 knob was broken and i reported it 20min after chicking in and it wasn't fixed even when i decided to check out one day early, it still wasnt fixed

Had a pleasant stay just wish the Tv was a little bigger
The overall experience was great. The room was ready when I checked in, the front desk attendant was courteous and knowledgeable and my stay was good. A few little issues along the way, but the front desk staff worked with me and for that I am grateful. Would definitely come back and recommend if in the area again.
Broken shower faucet, frig made loud sound during the night, dirty table and chair, room not like the pictures, no coffe on the morning, smeare bad on the whole place

I wish I could post next to the beautiful ones on Expedia.We were told after we paid on Expedia site,they could not refund us and we would have to battle Expedia. This is 11pm after running from Hurricane Milton and finding out our room we reserved was not available for a "pet friendly" hotel. Pay $30 more for an empty disgusting room and $150 pet deposit that we did not know of until check-in.Hurricane evacuees getting taken advantage of, as if it isn't bad enough!! Have never been treated so inhumane in my life.
I booked this room for a relative that needed to be in the area due to needing treatment for cancer. The relative got sick in the room and was told they had to leave. The person that was with her was cleaning the room but they were still told to leave. This was very unprofessional and rude. They were also told that they had to go and clean the sheets. I tried to explain the situation to management but he would not listen. To do this to anyone is terrible especially to a cancer patient!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had . The individuals staying there were fighting . Children running everywhere. People look sketchy . I will never stay there again .
