Coffee machines and juice machines out of order
This facility is showing its age. Also in morning, both the coffee machine and juice machines were OUT OF ORDER (unforgivable - good thing there is a Starbucks next door). No trash receptacles at toast and bagel area and no knives to spread butter - had to go to a different area to find a knife. Suspected bed bug infestation as well based on observing some sort of remediation cleaning in a room down our hall and finding a suspicious looking bug carcass in one of our beds. Would not stay here again.

It was ok.
The last time I made the same exact selections and paid the same price there was a living room with a full kitchen and the 2 bedrooms. This time i paid the same amount and booked the same room a year in advance. It cost 350$ for a night and no balcony kitchen or living room - just two bedrooms. Not as nice as the last time either :(

This hotel experience was a major disappointment after reading such high reviews. From top to bottom this hotel seemed old, tired and used. The hallway carpet was filthy, dirty, worn out. The lobby smelled like a teen’s wet shoe at the bottom of a laundry pile. The room walls were paper thin and amplified every noise from the neighbors and hallway, people and dogs. The pool facility looked run down and the overhead fixtures were dripping water into the pool. The room was not much better. Dusty vents blowing dusty air. The bathroom had a drop ceiling making the bathroom feel dark and dank. The floor looked clean but felt sticky with every step, my socks would stick to the floor. And there was a terrible whistling noise in the A/C unit that prevented restful sleep. Price per room does not equal quality of facility. Very disappointed.
