Disappointing experience
"Very disappointed with Hilton and in particularly this hotel what has happened throughout the years. Service attitude is nowadays only mediocre and very artificial. With heavy harts remembering how great it used to be when I started to accommodate myself there. Many years ago.
The AC system is so bad. During the winter time you only have possibility for +21’C or shut down it completely. But still the air is very warm in the room and the noises coming from the street doesn’t allow keeping the windows open. What’s the sustainable plan for the hotel to implement…??
Nevertheless, the only reason why I still have been using this hotel, is the location next to Kadiköy. Awesome area!!
Very disappointed with the hotel nowadays, again…And it’s so frustrating."

A bit disappointing
"Had hopes for a better quality hotel. But I have to say that this hotel did not meet the expectations. For example, even though I got upgraded, the rooms carpet contained, some hair. sand and some other dirt. Rooms were not quiet and you were able to hear very clearly when the neighbour door was closed. When flushing the toilet, The button got jammed. And You had to repress several times to make the water
running stop.
The breakfast was kind of a joke. At 10:30 in the morning when they were closing in the breakfast, it was like a rush hour for the employees to clean up everything. It was more like a mayhem.
In the gym, there were these so-called personal trainers with the clients running back-and-forth housekeeping cleaning women running back-and-forth. very restless atmosphere.
as a small hint to the rooftop terrace bar, Please educate your employees what service is all about."
