This is a great choice for an inexpensive stay. The room is updated, very clean, and the towels are not paper thin. The only thing to be aware of is there is no elevator so if you need a first floor room ask for it when you book your stay. Definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again next time I need an overnight stay in Battle Creek.

No bathroom fan! Makes the entire room humid after showers. The neighboring Red Roof Inn next door had some very shady folks partying outside and just hanging around, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The staff are great! Love the availability of the washer & dryer.

Easy right off the highway property for a quick night. Rooms were clean but nothing luxurious. Front office staff was pleasant and helpful.

We got in our room and there was a used towel hanging on a hook in the bathroom. Then our tv wouldn’t work. The lady from the front desk came to try and fix it, no luck, telling us there was a work order in for the tv in our room. There were some really loud kids next door and she said she’d tell them to quiet down but they were good kids. They screamed until 2am- twice their dad came in screaming the F word at them. The hotel refused to compensate us in any way. The one plus is there are plenty of outlets.

Parking lot was in poor condition and uneven. Drains in the parking lot did not drain the water away at all, leaving deep puddles. Staff was okay but mostly they didn’t engage with me very well. They could be more friendly.

When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited an hour and a half before someone came to check us in. We arrived right at check in time. Otherwise it was a pleasant hotel with updated rooms. Just outdated hallways.
