Located in the highly desired H-building due to its close proximity to the beach and the Terrace amenity center, H301 is a newly renovated top-floor condo with a spacious patio that offers panoramic views of the ocean and the island of Maui. The condo is only steps away from the Terrace's newly constructed (2020) amenity center, which features a pool, spa, kiddie pool and upgraded BBQ facilities.

H301 has a newly renovated living room and kitchen that offers high vaulted ceilings, brand-new cabinetry, brand-new light wood flooring and all new furniture (2023). The spacious living room has large sliding glass doors that connect to the patio, offering guests the option of dining either indoors or outdoors. The condo has two master bedrooms that both offer ocean views, king size beds, private bathrooms and private access to the patio.
