Our home is not the typical rental home as we use this home as our own private retreat several times per year. Therefore rather than treating this as “a rental”, we decorated this home to our own standards and furnished it with high quality amenities, furniture and artwork so we can create many lasting memories for years to come. Exceptionally well kept 3 bedroom with 3 en-suite baths.
Perfect cottage for 3 couples to use to explore the big island of Hawaii. Nice living space and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed, as we cooked a daily breakfast.

Beautiful house, perfect neighbourhood !
This house was perfect four ouf family of 6 (two young adults, their parents and grandparents). It was clean, spacious, confortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen... a beautiful house. The neighbourhood is great : there is a lot of houses but we have the feeling of a very private space. The pools and gardens are beautiful (this unit is very close to the pools, which is great) ! Also, this area is a perfect spot to visit easily different parts of the island. Highly recommended !

Great location
This was a great location for our group of 6 adults. Each couple had their own suite. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating outdoors. There were two beginning snorkeling beaches within walking distance, and the parking pass for the Mauna Lani beach was much appreciated.

This 3bd-3bath home is just perfect for our family and as a great home base to explore Big Island. Great community amenities, with large pools on landscaped compounds also great for jogging. Proximity to Foodlands also makes it convenient. We would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay Ka Milo in this well appointed and maintained home. Mike was extremely helpful in all areas attending to any needs or concerns we had which were few. A cheerful comfortable home - even though you are not accessing a view property, the home is extremely private and you will enjoy morning sunrises and a very private, comfortable patio.

Wonderful home in Mauna Lani resort
This home in the Mauna Lani resort was perfect for the three couples on our trip. It was elegant, comfortable, and spotless. There is a small secluded back yard which was perfect for morning breakfast. We had access to all the amenities. Our property manager was very responsive leading up to our stay. We didn’t have any need for help during our stay but information was left to make it easy to connect if we did. The housing development we were in had two pools, two hot tubs and a very nice workout facility. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very Attentive Service
We visit Mauna Lani about once per year and have stayed in many vacation rentals. The property has a nice single level layout, which was important to us this time as we have a 10 month old and wanted to avoid places with stairs. The unit also came with a high chair and a pack and play which was helpful, however there was no bedding for it which would have been nice. Overall though the unit was very comfortable and met expectations. Notably, the service from the property manager was outstanding. We had a few minor issues with the BBQ and wifi, and each time we contacted them they responded immediately and had someone out to fix the problem right away. Thank you SRP for being so attentive to our needs.

Great house for our vacation!
We enjoyed this nicely furnished and very comfortable home in Mauna Lani’s Kamilo subdivision. Loved that it was all one level. We also enjoyed watching sports and movies on the huge and excellent TV. While this unit doesn’y have a view, it had a nice private backyard. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We travel with our own pillows. Great shower! Kitchen had lots of nice amenities and the outdoor grill was great to have. The only improvement I would suggest -and it’s minor - is to replace the bath towels. I would be very happy to stay here again. We’ve stayed in other units in KaMilo and this is our favorite. Thank you for making it so nice, comfortable and easy.
