Convenient location and friendly staff. Overall, a solid value and a good place to stay. Parking lot was a little confusing and tight to navigate around, but actual parking spots weren't bad.

Spacious and comfortable room
The room is very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast room is also huge but the serving station is not well organized, people tend to reach over each other. The parking lot is challenging, the pool is small. But overall an enjoyable stay.

Nice place to stay in Kanab
The hotel was located next to a wonderful restaurant and nice shops. It was a large room that had everything that was expected. The breakfast was ok. I wish they would have had yogurt, oatmeal, and granola options.

Solid night sleep
We (me, trophy husband) decided on a spontaneous trip to the north rim of the Grand Canyon and couldn't find lodging at the rim or at Jacob Lake so we looked at Kanab. My only requirement was a king size bed and the only place that had one king size bed left was the Best Western (Red Hills). The hotel is older and not updated, but the room was comfortable and spacious enough for us for the night. The room had a mini fridge and coffee pot along with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and the standard soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was just OK. (Available: Waffles that you make, cereal, yogurt with granola toppings, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, juice, coffee, tea, hot choc). We ended up stopping on our way out of town at Taro's for much better coffee. We were grateful to have a king size bed for the night.
