Not notified about pool and hot tub closed. The fire alarms went off a few times, all because someone was stupid and went out the emergency exit. The breakfast was not free like it was stated in the booking. The beds were uncomfortable as all get get out.

Very upset this is the second time in a month that I have stayed in a hotel that has posted they have a hot tub and pool but they are not in working condition! Plus this one showed they had a jetted bath tub in the pictures but didn’t even have this .

Needs cleaning and update.
This hotel is in serious need of a good update and cleaning. There were signs of white mold. one of the windows was completely white from the broken seal. The Drapes were ripped. bathroom showed wear on shower/tub and just over all made me feel like nothing was clean. Drips from who knows what, ware and tear are normal but this just felt unclean. The pool and spa were closed and while I likely would not have used them I was not aware until I saw a sign at the front desk. That should have been an email before arrival. Clearly not an issue just that day. I arrived late, the lady at the front desk did not give me our breakfast ticket, I had to ask in the morning. The lobby is nice, looks fairly updated and the people in the breakfast area are shining stars! Explained everything, made sure we got fresh food and that we had what we needed.

Room phone did not work. Hotel WiFi didn't work using instructions given with room key (a workaround was found at the front desk). Flush handle on toilet was wrong part for that toilet very wonky and came loose in the night had to lift lid to fix it myself.

Pool was broke down, has to pay for breakfast, windows to look outside were not clean, bathtub had some kind of grout on the bottom covered, probably to save someone from slipping but had to put a towel down to take a bath, room was dust in places, bed was not totally comfortable. I did feel safe, it was quiet, nice courtyard

There were stains on the bedsheets, the tub had primer on the bottom and there was consistently noisy guests that I had to keep asking the front staff to handle over and over. The room felt really dirty and old. The pool was unavailable too. Too bad because the entry way was really nice, unlike the room.

It was ok , greeting was not welcoming but after a few seconds things change pool was closed sink faucet signs of of damage toilet handle extremely loose no communication in regards to the free breakfast and we had to ask cook to supply us with batter , eggs , etc
