We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites at Overland Park, Kansas! It was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they had an amazing breakfast with lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean but the furniture setup makes the room feel small. The worker in kitchen was really rude and not friendly. Also was told when breakfast starts and end.

Everything was great! The breakfast was the best. The only thing I would say is outside by the side door there are 3 pipes coming off the building one of the pipes blew out this hot propane air down on my face as I walked by on the walkway it smelled really bad I was choking/gaging bad and it was really hot on my face.

Budget Friendly Comfortable Stay

It was an old-school (meaning the decor is not modern) hotel that is pretty comfortable and budget friendly. The free breakfast was very nice, including a big variety of selections.

Nice stay, pretty quiet even though there were tons of teenage girls there for a softball tournament. Nice for the staff to make our room away from the noise. The pool was super clean and a wonderful relaxing temperature.
