The food trucks outside the hotel each night was unique. There was a variety of cuisine nightly and was delicious.

Just like a studio apartment

The full kitchen was a must have for this trip. I needed a freezer to freeze some food items to bring back home. It was like staying at a spacious studio apartment. Very comfortable.

Very poor customer service very unprofessional from the front desk to the morning breakfast area specifically women seems they hate their job. Please beware as they charged unnecessary fees like parking even when you dont have a car and if you dispute the charged they will give you attitude. Not recommended to stay!

We had a great experience and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean the facility was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was good, the time i had any issues would be with house keeping, as we were checking out, i understand we were a few minutes let but this 1 particular hous keeper was harassing us to get out because she needed to clean the room. Which i totally understand but to be rude and constantly bang on the door while we were trying to make sure we didnt leave anything behind. So but as far as all the other house keepers they were very polite, very respectful. That also goes for the front desk. Everyone was cool except that 1 individual. We probably caught her on the wrong day but, oh well. Not sure if we'll be staying there again. It was our favorite place but now its kind of in the air.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. There was no hospitality. The staff were rude and inhospitable. The furniture was broken and they refused to replace it or compensate us. They were not willing to compensate us and only offered things that would be inconvenient and make our stay even worse. They were not even going to replace the broken piece of furniture after we checked out. Hoping the next occupants would not notice it broken.

Great stay

Great hotel! From what I could tell they always have stuff going on to keep adults and children entertained. Live music, the pool, painting classes, majic show, karaoke just to name a few! The breakfast was good and filling. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were cleans and cute! I would definitely stay here again. My family tried a little something from them all…delicious is an understatement!!

Nice stay!

The room was nice and the bed excellent! Everything I needed in a compact room. Staff was very helpful and friendly (mahalo Cliff!) Breakfast was ono! Starbucks next door a plus for sure!

Staff were super helpful. Food trucks every night gave a diversity of local foods at a fair price. Pool opened at 9am and we were in it every day. We had a room with a suite and so awesome to have full kitchen and living space separate from bedroom so our daughter could rest as we stayed up.
