Night staff was awesome. Morning staff was insanely annoying and unhelpful. This goes for the front desk and the person managing the breakfast. The shower had a piece of foil in it that looked like it came from a bottle someone else had used in the shower. What better proof do you need that they didn’t really clean the room? You can hear the neighbors in their rooms very clearly and access to the hotel is extremely limited. If you leave the hotel via car, you’ll have to drive about a mile and a half to get back to the property even if you only went next door for fast food.

We had reservations for two nights, yet, when we got there at 4 am, there was a sign on the door that said the hotel had no more vacancy. The doors were locked and we couldn't even get in to sort our room with someone at the front desk. Really glad I didn't pay ahead of time. La Quinta up the road had much better service than this property.

When we checked in, it was just after 3 pm. The desk clerk looked at his watch and was dissatisfied that it was like 303 pm. Did not ask me anything or greet us. All he said was the times for breakfast. The room: there was still trash in the trash can in the bedroom and the one in the bathroom. the one in the bathroom had a dental floss pick in it. Yuck.
