Good option to stay

Good hotel for the price. Mostly clean. There was only a rubber band in the toilet which was odd. Maybe the housekeeper dropped it there. Parking is plentiful, which was good for the moving truck. Beth was very energetic and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean and well kept. Free breakfast was provided hot dishes and dining area was well prepared. Best of all, our bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay, receptionist was very friendly, helpful on pointing out places to dine. Room was spacious and clean, so were the bed sheets. Bathroom was clean, needs more lighting though, and the towers were clean as well. The only thing are pillows, why are there 10 pillows yet not one of them is comfortable. I miss the old days when you had two pillows and they were either right or wrong, I woke up a couple of times just trying to find the right pillow, nope. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again, by the way, breakfast was not that bad at all either!!

Great place

This hotel has been updated within the last year, so the room was really nice. The hotel staff were also really friendly. The only negative was that our room didn’t have travel-sized shampoo and conditioner.

Our room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was simple, standard hotel hot breakfast, but it was good, with good variety, nicely presented. All staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice place

Everything was very clean and updated. Front desk employees were very nice and made sure she put us in a room next to our family members who stayed there last minute due to another local hotel smelling musty and they couldn't stand it there. The bed was comfortable but there was only one regular bed sized pillow on a king bed and 4 mini pillows. I was a little taken aback by that however they were very comfy and it was fine. The continental breakfast was generously stocked with many options My only "complaint" would be that the lighting in the bathroom was poor due to there only being a lighted mirror above the sink. Overall, it was great and I would stay there again.

The room wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom vent was covered with webbing and some kind of debris. The front desk staff was super kind and funny. Just wish the room had a bit more cleaning detail instead of the beautiful towel designs the cleaning staff put together.

Exceeded our expectations by a pretty good margin. The area nearby isn’t convenient, but there are limited options in the area, so every hotel in Kelso would get the same rating for us, within a half star. This rating is not a ding on the hotel, so much as an expectation setter if you’re not familiar with the area. The inside was recently redone, and was fantastic. The staff was great too. Full stars.

Perfect stay!

We arrived hours before check-in, exhausted and expecting to wait several hours for a room. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. She found us a nicely appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet room on the third floor. The evening cookies and morning breakfast were delicious, and the service was perfect. We will definitely be back, and recommend this motel to everyone heading that way!
