We have at this location few times. Had asked for a top story room away from elevator. They did but put us in a handicap room without telling us, which we thoight was weird, also the black out shade which is automatic would not close so had to much light in room for us.

The staff and service here were amazing, the breakfast had lots of options and was delicious, and it felt safe and clean. It was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Kennewick, Washington.

Great accommodations in Kennewick
We stayed in the apartment room. Was quite large and very spacious. We needed this room for the kitchen aspect. We were attending a HS sporting event and needed to make breakfast burritos for the kiddos. The kitchen is minimally furnished with kitchenware, so be prepared for that. We picked up an inexpensive skillet at Winco for our cooking. Bed was comfortable, whole room was nice and clean. Towels are smaller and thinner, so if you are a bigger person, or have kids maybe ask for a couple more. Breakfast was just a smidge over a continental. There was a waffle maker and a warming pan with sausage patties, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Plus the usual cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast. It did the job, but was just okay. Our room was on the main floor across from the pool and workout room and was quiet. No complaints about noise at all.We would come back for the next tournament in this town.

As entered we heard next door room tv at high volume, we turned on our tv trying drown out there's a little. After watching tv for a while getting tired we called down to front desk asked if they would please ask the people next to us if they could please turn there tv down. Agent said sure no problem within short few minutes volume was quiet. Thank you to the front agent

Not happy!
Upon check in we were told our king room was actually not available and that they would be putting us in a double room. Then they asked for a credit card for incidentals. Unfortunately we were only traveling with cash this time, which they would not accept. Now mind you, we had already paid for our room 24 hours prior. Since we weren’t able to provide the card for incidentals we were told to leave. They are not offering a refund after all of this, saying it is beyond the cancellation policy. This is not acceptable when the room had already been paid for, we showed up and it was them who turned us away. Plus they didn’t even have the room available that we booked and paid for.
