It was very clean compared to a lot of the other hotels that I've been to quiet. Breakfast was good and just so happened to get it free that day. Because they were out of the hash Browns. I guess had a pretty nice day. Actually, very nice. Customer service skills were awesome at front desk and I guess I got a really, really good deal. That's what the worker said that I got a better deal than the employee's skit so that was awesome. Thank you I will be coming back

Lousy hotel, dishonest management
There was no hot water at all. Nobody warned about it, not even when I was checking in. I was later told that there would not be any hot water during my stay because of some repairs. I had to check out five days earlier and move to another hotel. Now, your hotel doesn’t even have the decency to refund these days. Hotels.com let me know that your hotel refused to refund.

There was poor communication with staff. The hot water heater for our side of the building was apparently not working and nobody informed us until we tried taking a shower to get ready for a wedding we were in town to attend. I had to call the front desk thinking I wasn’t turning the shower on correctly just to be informed the water heater is out. We weren’t informed of this before our stay and wasn’t provided to move rooms.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She informed us that the wing we were staying in had no hot water. They would open a room on another wing if we wanted to shower, but because we book through a third party provider they couldn't exchange rooms for us. They comp'd breakfast but we didn't use it. Frustrating but I appreciate that they tried to accommodate us.
