Nice hotel
This Hotel is in a lovely spot on the edge of the town centre, in a great position to be able to walk around and explore. It’s in walking distance of the lake & has 6 parking spaces in a tight area around the back. The hotel its self is pleasant and we had a refurbished room with views beyond to the hills but the noise from the road was quite loud even on the top floor. The breakfast is nice and they are happy to change items on the cooked one.

Lovely room. Jetted barh didnt work. 4 cars and the car park dull, luckily receptionist showed us where we coukd park. (Might be problem in summer). Included breakfast excellent.

Great place to stay
Very quick check in and out. Friendly staff, breakfast service was alexcellent and a great choice of dishes. Room was not large but perfectly adequate for our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Very convenient for Keswick town centre with it’s large choice of restaurants/pubs Would definitely recommend
