Staff was friendly. Room offered LED lighting (harsh on eyes), thermostat either ineffective or cold, woke up at 2am freezing, no warm blankets. Bathroom dead bug on floor, handicap shower leaked over floor, had dusty glass shelves with marks on from previous visitor's toiletries. Did not stay for breakfast.

Check in staff was nice and knowledgeable about local places to eat. After 4 hours and almost asleep found bed bugs. Hotel looked nice but smelled moldy in public areas.

Breakfast was awful

A BIG mix up on the third day. Tito scam us out of the last day by charging us again for the third night. Tried to charge us for pet fee after at check in said fee was waved. Got kicked out, called customer service. Had to move to Best Western in Annawan Il. Will never recommend Geneseo BW Ever
