We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was as advertised. Beautiful with convenient beach access. The shuttle service was very convenient and friendly, as was the entire staff. John, our concierge, was incredibly helpful with setting up activities that we wanted to do during our stay. We can’t wait to go back.

Other than being an excellent place to stay, the only complaint we have is that there were all these little bugs running around the coffee maker counter. I have a question. Can you tell me what brand mattresses you use on your beds? It was very comfortable. Also what kind of linens? Thank you.

From the moment you walk in to check-in, you are made to feel welcome. A welcome beverage was provided to each guest. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The concierge, Hanley, assisted us tremendously with excursions. The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall is the absence of a closet. We enjoyed the happy hour and pool area. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely go back.

Good hotel but easy fix can make it amazing
We had a good time and the staff is really nice and the food and drinks were amazing. There are a few things to improve. In our room we didn't have anything to hang our wet clothes we had to improvise also for our shower towels we just had one pole when we are two people in the room. We had to get new towels everyday because they wouldn't dry fast enough. Finally the shuttle we did call it upon our arrival after almost 45 min of wait we called an uber

We loved it here, we recommend renting scooters - 24hrs 55$ 2 seater with Concierge service. Can pick up and drop off at hotel so convenient. The beach was ok but it was because the hurricane we couldn’t swim.. no one’s fault but the hotel itself was accommodating we would stay again. I forget his name at the front desk but he checked us in,he made us laugh, we especially loved the welcome drinks and cookies!

Ants, ants, and more ants. Clumps of hair left on shower wall. Floor dirty windows filthy! Loud music until about 10pm but even louder people at 3:30 in the morning both nights!!!!!! Had ants all over!!!! Even when eating breakfast in the dining area our waitress had to exchange our syrup container because it was completely covered in ants!! Will never go back or recommend this property. For the price we paid we expected much more from this "resort" VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!!!!!

Super closed to beach and airport. Beautiful pool and deck/ restaurant area. Restaurant breakfast was amazing. Staff couldn't be better especially front desk. We did have an issue with our room and staff went above and beyond to make it right. I would definitely recommend

We liked the front desk staff, they were extremely personable helpful. The onsite restaurant menu was limited and the bar cocktails were not good( except for complimentary margaritas in lobby when you arrive). Location is not close to any other restaurants/ stores etc. Checkout is 11am which is great, but on the day of check out the cleaning service knocked on our door at 10am and asked us when we were leaving. Resort was clean and shuttle service was good and drop-off/pick-up was at convenient location.
