Hi, When I checked in, I asked for Ocean facing room. Representative told me yes I will give you. Once I went the building I realized it was not an Ocean facing room. Then I went to talk to another representative and she told me that that guy is in training. Sorry about that.. Looks like to me not a well training staff staff. Thx Jay

Complimentary drinks fom the bar for 2 nights. Very clean, fresh towels daily. Pool towels available. It was also easy ordering food from the bar, good selection. Ocean view, great location near the airport. No airport noise at night.

Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet, but really nice bar and pool. Shuttle downtown was really convenient but I don't think it can handle big crowds. Really large, nice rooms. Comfy bed, and we had a sectional. The TV was having connection issues when we arrived, but the staff was quick to send someone to fix.

The shuttle was quick to pick you up. Property was clean and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Has the best pool area of any of the hotels, with the exception of the resorts in the area. Clean rooms with pool view. Cheeki Hut bar by the pool,with food.

My wife and I loved this place. It was quiet, the staff was great, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the free bottled water and complimentary rides to downtown. Highly recommended!

Ocean view is just ocean with a 4 lane road between. Recommend a pool view room if you decide to stay at what I think is an overpriced resort. Tiki bar was nice next to pool but why were they cleaning pool in the middle of the afternoon is beyond me.
