Enjoy your morning coffee on the bar-height lanai set. Tiled flooring throughout the main living area with carpeting in the bedroom.

The bedroom features a king bed and the living room has a sofa bed, allowing this condo to accommodate up to four guests. Both full bathrooms are completely remodeled from top to bottom and feature walk-in tiled showers, new vanities, granite counters and more. Another visit to paradise
I have enjoyed many vacations staying at Kameole Sands. This unit was well equipped and appointed but for the first time they didn’t allow me to use their beach chairs and small ice chest. I had to borrow one from my friends in another location. Very disappointing and especially since my storage closet didn’t lock properly and their note to guests accused us of breaking into it. Everything else was great, including the bed. I slept well and comfortably.

Lovely property, poor service
We have stayed a number of times at Kam Sands and the property is lovely, the unit was nice but it did lack a few things, like a rice cooker, utensils, proper cooking and storage containers, and A/C in the bedroom. Only basic supplies were available for our use. It was very hot at the end of June when we stayed and it made sleeping tough with only a few fans. The A/C in the livingroom couldn't provide enough cool air for the livingroom so we had a number of sleepless nights. When we arrived Saturday night we found a note saying that someone was coming in to replace the fridge and range, but no dates, etc. They showed up on the following Monday but weren't able to get the fridge out due to water line issues. They planned on coming back but we asked them to wait until we left. Austin was very nice. We did call the manager to discuss some of our issues on Tuesday but never got a call back at all during our stay. We checked out on Sunday, June 30. Overall, I can not recommend this unit or the management for Maui Condo and Home. I have rented numerous times from this property management co. and was disappointed this time around.
