I walked into my room, i thought i was in an old foot ball locker room. Smell like feet , very humid did not help. Got room for 2 night and stay 1 . Went some where else.

The ice machines for the property weren’t functioning, so I had to leave the property to get some. Not like I needed a full bucket. 10 small cubes would have been enough my purpose. Isn’t the purpose of a reservation that’s not canceled is so the room is ready for occupancy. I have stayed at other la Quinta’s I reserved the A/C was cool.

The photos of this hotel need to be updated on Hotels .com. This was not anything like the pictures. Staff was not friendly. Food was just ok. Not a good experience even for a one night stay

Same breakfast every morning. Morning breakfast staff poor. Facility looks like a prison.i stay at La Quintad all over but this one is old and the worse. Ceiling had hole in it. Bathroom small. No towel racks in bathroom. Cheap few towels

Christie was helpful, she tried to make it better. For me the worst thing was that the sink smelled, 4 or 5 feet away. Also flies and a large insect in the corner of the bathroom. You could see the guts from other people smacking flies against the wall.. The first unit had no window locks, they were removed. Which was issued to someone else after me. I was behind him at checkout. The door jingled in the jam and there was gap under the door. You can tell they redid the place but not to high standards. The toilet also had a drip sound despite being a powered flush in the tank. I kept the door closed to weaken the sound. The water pressure was good at the sink but they had a low flow showerhead so it didnt feel great. Best part was the ac could freeze me out and the tv was decent, they had dish network. The place where I parked had bright lights which made me feel better about not being broken into.
