The House:

This energy-efficient, modern home comfortably sleeps 16 guests across two fully-equipped duplex units. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families traveling together. With seven bedrooms and four bathrooms in total, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy high-end appliances, quartz and granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, plenty of light, and a cozy gas fireplace. For relaxation after a day on the slopes, soak in the 7-person hot tub or take in the mountain views from the two decks and balcony.

With over 200 ski trails of diverse terrain, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, legendary nightlife, fine dining, and more, you’ll never run out of things to do. Whether you’re here for the slopes or après-ski, the house’s prime location makes it the ideal spot for your Killington adventure.

Green & Smart Living

The house is equipped with top-of-the-line green features, including super-insulated walls, LED lighting, and a priority zone boiler to ensure you never run out of hot water. A triple-stage active carbon water filtration system provides the purest deep well water, so you’ll have the best-tasting water, coffee, and tea throughout your stay. Smart home automation, boot dryer, home security, and entertainment options, including 60” TV’s, Alexa, FireTV, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Karaoke with large library of songs and 5.1 HiFi Audio round out the tech-forward experience.

The property also boasts ample parking for over 10+ cars, including a Tesla 240V 32A charger (available upon request).

We are Alex and Marina, and we’re dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Alex is a PSIA and PDP certified ski instructor at Killington Snow Sports School. He is available for private lessons or if you'd like some tips on how to improve your skiing he would be happy to do a run with you free of charge (pending availability).

Annual ski weekend
This is the second year my friends and I have stayed at Alex’s place. We have only great things to say. The house is perfect for a group with a large open living space upstairs. Having two kitchens was great when cooking for a bigger group. The house is a short 5 min drive to the mountain. Alex is quick to respond as well, although we didn’t need much since the house is set up so well. We will definitely be back next year!

Overall had a very great experience at the property. The listing was accurate and the place was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The owner was also very responsive and gave us tips about skiing conditions at Killington and let us know how the snow plow process would work for the property since there was a chance of large snow accumulation.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and put together. Plenty a room for my friends and family. The karaoke machine was a hit. It was awesome having two kitchens. For some reason I thought there was a pool table and game room but there isn’t just for a heads up! Super easy to check in and extremely easy to check out. The owners were very easy to get a hold of an answered within minutes. Extremely happy with my stay!!!

Alex’s house was a great place for a group of 8-14 people to gather and relax after a day of skiing. The house’s living room(s) were spacious and comfortable. Alex himself was extremely helpful the whole way- he texted back details and answers to my questions almost the minute I sent them. Moreover, one of our group members left their glasses at his house- Alex was kind enough to go through the house and find them himself. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Killington, 100% stay here.

Great house for two groups.
We were three families (quarantine families) and this house was perfect. Kids and adults had their own space to hang after skiing. The house is super clean, well kept and well stocked. Alex happened to meet us at the house on arrival and was very friendly and explained how to use the hot tub. Great house. Great owner.

Excellent Modern Home for Large Groups
Great overall experience communicating with Alex as he responds immediately, is very friendly and is eager to answer any questions and be helpful. Great location on the Killington access road so close to everything you need. If you like new/modern homes, this is a perfect choice as everything is new throughout the house. We had nine guests and it worked out perfectly to have the adults on the first level and the children all up on the second level. Given that we were eating in for breakfast and dinner each night, having two kitchens for this size group was so convenient. We were also able to spread out with family rooms on both levels too. I would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Great house!
We booked the house to spend Christmas vacation with friends. Alex is a great host with tons of helpful info. He responded our questions promptly and was super friendly. The house was amazing, very easy to find, and close to the slopes, bars and all. Very spacious and enjoyable, especially with having 7 bedrooms and 2 living rooms! We had a large group staying for a long weekend. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything needed to make yourself at home. The location was excellent for all things Killington and the hot tub was perfect after skiing. Alex was quick and professional for all communication before, during and after our stay. He even went above and beyond and changed his cable package so we could watch some games that weren't part of the normal subscription. Great overall experience.

Great Location and Set-Up! Perfect for a large group!
We had a large group of girls coming up to Killington for a girls weekend. There were 16 of us and the house fit us perfectly! We never felt crowded and the fact that there are two levels to hang out in was perfect! Alex was extremely helpful and responsive before the trip and while we were there. The location of the house is amazing - right on the access road! Everything was 5 minutes away or less. Would highly recommend!!
