I recently stayed at The Park hotel because I needed a place for an elderly relative with an elevator and an accessible bathroom. I put the request for the bathroom in my comments when booking, and it was provided. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating to our needs. The room was immaculate as indeed was the hotel and we felt it was great value. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was checking out early which meant I was missing breakfast. They organised with the very helpful porter to have tea ready for me as I left. I can also see why the restaurant was so busy as the food was excellent.

Surprised by how modern and spacious the Park hotel was for the area. Lovely big rooms, nothing fancy but with everything one needs. We didn’t dine there but the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Lovely hotel in out of the way (for tourists) area. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Spacious, lovely rooms. Elevator is important for elders! Lovely nearby lake for nature walking in peace. Great flowers. We would return!
