Check in was great, quick and extremely friendly. We booked the studio suite king bed room. Upon entering it had a musty smell and was fairly warm. The thermostat said it was 69 in the room, I had to set it to 64 to make the room comfortable. (Felt like maybe 70) the balmy temp in the room had the bedding feeling damp and sticky. The room was clean but in poor condition. The bathroom had lots of rust on door frame and toilet paper holder, not a big deal but the wall paper was peeling off the wall and beneath was mold! We also bought some items from the hotel shop and received an expired drink! Unacceptable especially for the price of the room.

For handicapped people… the room we got that was accessible did not have rails for the toilet so I had to keep going downstairs to the lobby restroom…the hotel it’s self is always the best option for Alice texas

Great Staff Service
The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean but did have a smell in the room as if the carpet needs to be replaced. We were hurricane Beryl refugees and enjoyed our stay.
