The overall room cleanliness was an issue. There was dust in various areas of the room to include but not limited to the telephone the window seal, and near the ac unit. There was also hair in the tub and what appeared to be a stain on the carpet . Dorthey confronted me about an earlier review which made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t sure if there would be some type of retaliation for my previous reports. However, to my knowledge there has been no form of retaliation. I would hope in the future that reviews are handled differently.

the staff was very nice and welcoming- even found a way for us to have an early check in when they were completely booked out and busy. the room was clean and beach access was insanely close. my only complaint is that our room was probably the least ideal location. it was location right in the middle of housekeeping, the ice machine, the side door and the lobby. there was so much footraffic at all hours, so we had a pretty restless few nights being woken up every few hours. the walls were made of paper it seems. besides the location of the room, it was a very nice and relaxing stay.
