This hotel is a joke and a ripoff. Prices literally tripled for a football game that was across town. This literally was an only option as we were in town for a funeral. Room on 1st floor, smelled like dirty mop water, had to hold our breath. So we asked for another room and it smelled the same. So he moved us up to 2nd floor, the entire floor had this same smell of moldy funk, must be in the carpets. We gave up and just accepted the stink. The towels were so old they had HOLES in them. The sheets were no better, several holes in the paper thin sheets from being used 30,000 times. On day 2 we noticed ants all over the desk, traced an ant trail to the AC unit (on the 2nd FLOOR). This place is a complete dump and should be torn down. If you see high ratings, they are completely fake! We won't stay in another Choice hotel ever again.

On the road with the band. It's sometimes a crap shoot with hotels. Comfort Inn has rarely dissapointed. This one was no exception. Easy, nice staff, clean, and comfortable.

Very nice staff, our room was huge. Property seemed older but very clean. Would have given this 5 stars but the room had a strong off smell. I never even mentioned it to the staff because we were so pleased with everything else.

Not a happy traveler.

So i made a mistake by booking this hotel after we had already passed it. I booked it in the evening, and then realized that i had made a mistake. Hotels.com checked into a potential refund since i caught the mistake within minutes of realizing my mistake, only to find out that the hotel chain will not refund since it was after checkin time. I booked after checkin time. They don't seem to care. Not sure i will ever go to a Comfort Inn again, and not sure about using hotels.com either. I do realize this was my mistake in my mapping, but give me a break.

Exceeded expectations!

The room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff were extremely nice. We stayed here because downtown hotels were charging ridiculous rates for UT family weekend. It’s an easy drive to campus and an excellent choice at the price point!

We were staying here to go to the Vols game. It’s a perfect location because it gets you out of the crowded downtown area of Knoxville, and there are many places to eat, grocery and gas stations near by!
