This was my firts time in a Hampton inn I was put into a room the bed wasn't stripped and fresh bedding put on towels all around the room Was told in booking i got a jacuzzi room that was a lie was told they do not have them here The second room was not any better would like to cancel stay but then loose money this isn't fair to people 😑 i deserve a better stay than dirty toilets dirty bed and towels everywhere in a supposed to be a 5 star hotel this is my first time in a Hampton inn ever Not happy 😒

I was disappointed with my stay at this Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. The first room I was assigned had trash on the floor and the trash can had not been emptied, which was concerning. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The only positive was the breakfast, which was decent. Overall, I expected better quality and service from Hampton.

Pretty great

Everything was great except the bottom of the bathtub made loud popping noises when someone is sitting or standing in the tub. So every time you move while showering the floor of the shower is popping and groaning. Other than that it was awesome. We loved how quiet the place was after about 8 or so.

Upkeep needed

Room was ok sized, but the bathroom was a nasty wreck. Fixtures falling off the walls, tiles cracked in the shower, tub broken, sink drain didn’t work well but worst of all the toilet was dirty and there was a blood stained toilet seat.

Great staff, very clean, excellent breakfast. Surrounding area is industrial. Only problem was a worn out king bed. Caved in the center, made do for one night stay.

It was a challenge to get the room cleaned, shampoo refilled. Found large bug in bathroom. Room smelled like smoke despite non-smoking facility. Staff were friendly, but just overall not impressed.

Won’t be back to this one. Not worth price

Breakfast was not great compared to other Hampton inns. But our room had an awful smell that wouldn’t go away. Mixture of mold and cigarette smoke smell. Rooms are not very sound proof as could hear non stop stomping above us, kids next door etc. this Hampton inn was more expensive then our normals and def not worth it
