And at the end of the day, slumber down in your choice of four bedrooms offering a king-size bed, queen, and two sets of twins.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Tree in the Backyard
Other than a very beautiful tree in the backyard, the property is in disrepair and is quite tired. A small amount of maintenance and upkeep might make it worth the money we spent, but with a Hot Tub that has no jets and is losing tiles all over, a kitchen with old appliances, and a Master with no Tub, we were quite disappointed. Probably best for a group of men having a Batchelor Party.

Great House and Neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay very much, We had communication problem with the rental management. They don't seem to know the property very well and the way the property was listed. At one time we waited for an hour while we were put on hold. We had to hang up the phone because of the long wait. We actually prefer to communicate with the host or property owner.

Perfect house for entertainment
This is the 2nd time Ive rented this property. Love the pool table and the pool and jacuzzi plus the big yard. This house has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful and there are shopping centers close by even walking distance. Great restaurants as well. Vacasa does a great job managing the home and the house is made super clean and organized.

Nice spot!
Great house with plenty of sleeping options, and pretty dog friendly. Some of the beds were pretty rough in terms of comfort, but my spouse and I enjoyed the master. The house is very large for just two people, but it was nice to have a pool to ourselves. The pool is great - a little rough on the toes due to scratchy surfacing but it was clean enough and the mountain shades it well in the evenings. Probably the biggest complaint was not being able to lower the house temperature below 73 degrees, especially at night, and that the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable.

Team Bonding
My team and I stayed here while attending a conference. It was perfect for team bonding - morning walks to Starbucks, breakfast in the backyard, walk to dinner, etc. Accessible location, large backyard, sleeps 6, entertainment kitchen and open concept. This was our second time staying in this house and we will be back next year!

Refreshing pool. Wonderful shaded backyard. Peaceful.
We stayed in this house with 3 kids and a small dog. Everyone had such a fun and relaxing weekend. My kids are home bodies so lounging around the pool was all they wanted to do. They also enjoyed the tire swing and hammock. The dog had a yard to run around - bonus. We all enjoyed the games and pool table. Kitchen had everything we needed. New fridge. Double oven made baking 2 pizzas at once a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was waking up to the mountain and watching the birds swooping in and out of the small openings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, soap and shampoo. There were large portable fans that we used on the first night. Once the AC got going, we were more than comfortable.

Great place with 1 major drawback
The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. The pool table and the pool outside were a big hit with my party. But we had 1 major drawback: the AC. The AC doesn’t reach any of the bedrooms except the master (it has its own AC) and my friends were boiling while trying to sleep at night. We made sure all the vents were open and cranked the AC up, but it barely made any difference. We had one couple leave early b/c they were so uncomfortable. We loved the house but the AC issue made it basically unusable.

Comfortable, Versatile, and Quiet
My family enjoyed our stay at this home. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table, I enjoyed the large kitchen, and we all enjoyed taking walks and hiking in the area. The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this home for families.

Not as nice as it looks
The backyard is mostly dirt with some small patches of grass. The pool water is clean but murky with dust and dirt. There are 2 AC units with 2 controls, you need figure out which is which. Both get set to 74 f in the middle of the night. It’s a bummer to get up and reset them every night! Decent appliances, dishes, glasses, pans and pots. Lots of towels. WIFI is spotty. The pool table and cues are old and defective, but usable. The leaving room sectional sofa is very uncomfortable and almost unusable. The master bedroom shower is very big and nice, water pressure and temperature is great. You can find a few floats and balls for the pool in the garage. The pool guy walked on us unexpectedly without even knocking. In the little binder it says pool service on Tuesdays, but he showed up on Saturday morning. We had a lot of fun, I am sure you will too, just adjust your expectations.

Fabulous and fun pet friendly house with pool and yard
Large home with pool table, swimming pool and large yard in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to stores and restaurants. The yard is perfect for dogs and children. Plenty of room to run around! The house has an open concept which is great for groups and families. You can walk coffee every morning, walk to Trader Joes, shopping and restaurants. We had the best time and will definitely rent this home again.

Great For Entertaining
We really liked the layout of the house. Would have been perfect if it had a jacuzzi. The pool was 86 degrees as promised but we missed a jacuzzi. Great yard for the dogs! Mountain view was beautiful. Kitchen well appointed. Disappointed that the master bedroom patio door wouldn’t open. Called property manager with questions about unlocking the door. They took a detailed message but no response. Toilet in master still needs bolting down. Check in was super smooth

Overall mediocre
The house was lovely, and we enjoyed the pool and pool table. However, the check-in process was difficult, because there was a different group handling management and rental issues. I was told that in person would be necessary, and then video, and then just a call, which created unnecessary confusion. I brought food to bake, but the oven didn't work. I called the first morning about the oven. I was on hold for a long time before someone told me that he would get back to me about fixing the oven. No one ever called back. And there were 3 overhead fans that were running at normal speed. In the middle of the night, the light fixture on one of the fans fell. Fortunately, no one was near it. Unfortunately, it woke everyone and there was broken glass everywhere. I reported that when I called about the oven. Also, the cooling was very inconsistent. Some rooms were unusable because they were so hot, while others were chilled.

Great location near stores and view of the mountain
This property has a great location that's not too far from the freeway. It's a 5 minute drive from stores like Trader Joes, Target, and Starbucks. The backyard is very spacious and has a close view of the mountains. What you should know about the air conditioning unit is that it cannot go any lower than 76 degrees. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property manager gave us everything we needed before check-in.
