Puamana 80-3 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome ideally located just a short stroll from Puamana’s private ocean access, swimming pool, and playground located on the secluded south side of Puamana, which was unharmed by the Lahaina fire. Puamana is a low-density gated community of lush gardens and nearly a half-mile of Pacific Ocean beachfront. It’s centrally located to many amazing beaches Maui offers and is only five miles from Ka’anapali Beach.
This comfortable, no-frills vacation home is a great value and a perfect home base for those eager to take advantage of all that Maui offers – outdoor adventures including snorkeling, diving, surfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, zip lining, or just relaxing at the beach. Maui also offers fantastic restaurants, from local favorites to world-class dining, shopping, Hawaiian cultural events, and local farm and plantation tours (everything from pineapples and other tropical fruits to chocolate, coffee, goats, lavender, butterflies, and much more!).
The master bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, washer/dryer, and a small office area with access to the lanai. The second bedroom in the loft area has a king bed and two twin beds. The lanai opens to a large greenbelt area with an ocean view, perfect for lounging and barbequing.
Please note: Several buildings on the northern side of Puamana’s oceanfront community were impacted by the Lahaina fires of 2023. Fortunately, this property and the entire southern side of Puamana were unharmed; however, cleared parcels will be visible as you drive down the highway and first enter Puamana. We’re also pleased to report that two grocery store complexes in Lahaina—Safeway and Foodland Farms—as well as Maui's renowned Hula show, the Old Lahaina Luau, and four excellent Lahaina restaurants—Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle—were not affected and are all less than a ten-minute drive away.
