I was charged an extra money after my stay with no explanation. Plus they send out a scam text saying you can pay more for a early check in, which is not true.

Trainee at check in was not very friendly nor helpful and was given a room with a view of the air conditioning and maintenance area. I’m not trying to be ugly, but I know there was no way this hotel was booked up and could not have been given a room with a little bit better of a view. Would’ve been nice….

The beds were very hard but the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The property could use a little more family friendly activities. All in all, nice property.

Restaurants are only open on weekends so your limited to just a snack grill, but they had delicious gumbo. The power kept going out to the whole property which was concerning. Room was ok and clean, bed was hard and ac did3work that well.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE DON'T SEEM TO BE ANY HANDICAP PARKING NEAR THE ENTRANCE. WE HAD TO DO THE VALET PARKING WHICH I DON'T REALLY LIKE. YOU DO NEED MORE FOOD OPTIONS. BUT OVERALL WE HAD A VERY NICE TIME. THE PLACE IS QUIET. WE NEVER HEARD ANYONE IN THE HALLWAYS. WE FELT SAFE. WE WERE TO TIRED TO VISIT THE POOL WE HOPE TO DO THAT NEXT TIME.

checking personnel friendly and courteous, front desk areas nice and clean, our room conditions was not to our satisfaction, special the bathroom, water splash outside the shower, I stay in a handicap room, and that water problem had not ever happened, and most of the handicap rooms where on the first floor, not on the top! over all it was an average stay for us..
