The hotel lobby was really clean, the front desk agent was super sweet. The hotel was located around several restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

In town for Larry the Cable Guy show

Hotel was very clean. Even the elevator smelled clean haha. Rooms were very clean. Had minor issue with the foot bench in the shower being unstable but nothing major. Bed was extremely comfortable and could not hear any traffic or neighbors or hallway noise. Very good stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, and very clean. If we are in Lake Charles again, we will definitely book another stay with the Residence Inn.
