We were lied to and was told this hotel had a hot tub, when in fact they do not. Then was told for an early check in it would be $20 cash per room. Found out the lady pocketed the money. They the same lady said she would call the sister hotel to see if we could use their pool and hot tub. Never got a phone call or answer back.

Great stay. Very comfy bed. My only complaint is the very loud road noise from 1-75 all night so if u are a light sleeper like me, it may be an issue. Our room window was facing it so perhaps that made it worse.

A mixed bag. The bad: Our well appointed room had countless (at least hundreds) of very tiny rust colored pebbles throughout the entire room’s floor. When we spoke with staff, a very friendly staff member immediately came up and vacuumed the floors. Later we discovered hair all over the bathroom floor and a moldy (black) shower head, which we cleaned ourselves. There was also some minor mold and rust on one part of the bathroom ceiling. We found a plastic bag left on the floor in the “living room” area of the suite. Breakfasts were generally nice, for quick hot prep that’s popular in many hotel chains. Unfortunately, for our first (of two) the hotel had a large bus load of guests that went through the breakfast like a swarm of locusts. It was not properly restocked. The hotel should know that it would be a very busy weekend and plan accordingly. The next morning breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety. The location was excellent, lots of food and shopping nearby and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We did have a housekeeper back into us in the smallish elevator pulling her supply cart. She was distracted by a conversation she was having through her Bluetooth headphones. After bumping into us she did apologize. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, including the bed; however the bed was very high (and the toilet was very low.). There was plenty of hot water, but the shower faucet handle was very wobbly and probably soon to fail.

The carpet in our room needs cleaning or replacement. There was something splattered all over our bathroom door. The windows were filthy. The pool water was freezing and pool area was in need of some attention; dirty socks laying on the side of the pool. The premises was supposed to be entirely smoke free but that was not the case.

Service was great from checking in to checking out! Great greeting by receptionist who was totally informative and welcoming to our departure. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a great night sleep on a comfortable king bed. The breakfast buffet was well organized, clean, fresh and plentiful! We felt very comfortable and satisfied!
