Family ski motel with restaurant
Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to Gore Mountain Lodge for a meal at the restaurant and a drink at the bar/lounge. Additional amenities include ski storage and ski passes. Housekeeping is available once per stay.
Gore Mountain Lodge offers 12 air-conditioned accommodations with iPod docking stations and complimentary bottles of water. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation includes desks. Beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. Fridges and coffee/tea makers are provided. The hotel didn’t seem so bad when pulling in. Opened the door and it wasn’t very pleasant. There were flies in the bathroom, popcorn and crumb on the floor next to and under bed, looked like mold on heater, coffee maker hadn’t been clean, fridge door wasn’t clean, the toilet looked like it had dried urine all over, bathtub looked very dirty, spider webs all around and over the bed. The door knob looked like it was going to fall off and didn’t feel safe at my location. Due to all that we chose not to stay and found shelter else where. The hotel should not be charging what they charge for a night, way to much money for a place like that. Other than that the hotel workers seem very nice and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully Expedia or the owners can and will do the right thing with a refund or at least partial.

A nice quiet area and the owner is very friendly. A lot of work has been put into the grounds and there is a beautiful music stage at the back of the property along with a bar so you can enjoy live music in the evenings.

Great Spot. The Yurt Spot at Beck behind the motel are cooler than they let you know. If you are going to go to Gore to ski, Check this place out first!

Coziest stay in ADK
It’s the coziest room you can get that close to Gore Mountain. 8 pillows of various sizes and shapes on each bed make for a comfortable sleep. Little touches like glass bottled local water and a bag of Swedish Fish candy make this place stand apart from the competition. I’ll continue to stay there whenever I’m in the area.

What a great small town hotel. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. You can walk next door to Beck's Tavern which is a great place for food, drink and hanging with the locals who were all very friendly. This isn't the Ritz but if you like local spots with the friendly vibe, this is the place for you when in North Creek, NY.
