The young lady that checked me in was great. That’s where it ends! The bathroom vent has enough crud on it to grow a garden. After traveling all night, my wife wanted to take a shower, and guess what? No hot water! I mentioned this to the front desk at around 1pm. When we returned later that evening, still no hot water. The guy at the front desk stated that the plumber was contacted but had no ETA. Completely unacceptable! I will be expecting a refund in full. In what day and age can you not get a plumber on an emergency call in the early afternoon? The front deck guy can have his food trailer up and running, but lord forbid you get your guests hot water. I will not stay here again nor any other Wyndham property. I understand this is a budget property in a resort town, but come on……
