This hotel appeared to have good ratings on hotels.com, but when my partner arrived it was quite gross. He is a bald, oxygen-dependent man. There were long dark hairs in the bed which suggests the sheets weren’t changed (ew!). He also found mold growing beneath some of the crown molding; not great for someone who has trouble breathing. There were large crumbs on the floor and it looked like the place hadn’t even been swept. We asked for a refund and were denied. The inability of this hotel to take responsibility for this less than stellar stay is disappointing, but you had better believe I will be sharing this information on every platform I can to keep others from being exposed.

The lady in front was awesome. The room itself was disgusting. Looks everything had a repair on top of repair. Debis in sink. Currents were zip tied instead of replacing. Front door to room was rusted.

When I had arrived, I was greeted by the reception. Trying to check in he told me to sit down while he checked me in while he was constantly trying to make a call to someone. Thirty minutes had passed and still nothing, when I asked what was going on he said that he did not the password to the computer so he could not check me in. Instead of waiting I told him to cancel my stay and I left. I have never arrived to a hotel and not be able to check in because an employee doesn't have the password to a computer.

Great Staff

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. The room was really clean but run down. Shelf in shower broken off with screws sticking out, ruated metal on chairs, trash cans, etc. We had to call to get tv reprogrammed, etc. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy bit we didn't have any issues. Overall, our room was comfortable enough but not what we expected from this chain or at the price of the room.

Ac wasn’t working properly, we got locked out in the middle of the night because key reader wasn’t working, water smelt like fish, door wouldn’t shut properly, and barely any parking for stays!!!

I called ahead of time on a Thursday for a Saturday stay in which they answered the phone. When it came to Friday and Saturday we called multiple times because online it said the property was “pet friendly” but once I got the check in email you have to sign a document saying there are “NO PETS ALLOWED and bringing one will cost you $250”. So we called and called to no avail. Called Wyndham customer service line and they said in their notes on the property it was in fact pet friendly with a $50 deposit… but we couldn’t get the actual property in the phone to set up…. We arrived to check in and mentioned we had been calling all day and they shrugged and said their phones were down… mind you the same number we called all day ALSO texted us asking us to check in early and if there was anything we needed feel free to respond via text to their message. So we responded saying the tv remote doesn’t work for the tv and we couldn’t watch anything. No response from them even in the morning when we checked out at 10:30. So they can text off of this number but just don’t answer the phone or respond. The place was decently clean but all the other people staying were stomping all over the floors and playing music very loud until 4am. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the noise and the downright poor communication.

This was our 34th anniversary and wanted to o take her somewhere different than Galveston to fish and have fun and eat excellent choice and price at DAYS INN met an excellent hotel manager named HILDA SHE WAS SO ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY LOVED HER

The area was closed during the storm . I had a reservation, and they called me to see if I was still planning to show up. Super friendly and helpful! Bed was very comfy. Clean and updated.

Our room was never cleaned. We were there for two nights. The first flight we checked in there were no towels, shampoo, conditioner, or soap. The bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder and no one seem to care about any of this.
