Elevator issues, expect to wait 10-15 mins every time you need to use it, room key cards issue, changed keys every trip to the room, carpets not cleaned, floor smelled, refused to help change rooms, room outdated, view of the roof, when you wake up employees working on the room looking into our room. Room has TV's from 90's. shower water backing up. When you open the door at night, it wakes up everyone. Managers are not helpful, despite spending $500 a night, room was worse than a motel. Mountain tower fourth floor, avoid. I believe I was given that room since it was booked from Hotels.com, if I had been a cesars member or booked direct it could have been a different experience. Cleanliness in the room was horrible, nothing wipped down. you can literally touch and see baseboards, lamp covers, coffee mug and coffee packets in the bathroom collecting dust. I need my refund.

The luxury room at Harvey’s was soooo much better than the standard room!!! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the view was nice (in the distance) and no construction noise!!! Fabulous!

Although I have enjoyed previous stays-this one made me not want to ever stay again. No hot tub as mentioned. No room service and all restaurants packed and couldn’t have dinner. No one would answer questions because they were new to country and used that as an excuse to not help. Calls to front desk were forwarded to no where land. Just not impressed over all.

When i reserved the hotel by expedia, i mentioned about the kids, at the time of the check in they charge me extra about $115 for none smoking room. That's was ridiculous

The room was okay. I left some jewelry in the room and have sent in claims on the jewelry and nobody has come forward to say they found it. I know it was left in the room either by the bed or in the bathroom on the floor somewhere because I left it either on the bedside table and it got knocked to the carpet or it was knocked off the bathroom counter onto the floor and because the floor was dark in the room, most likely I didn't see it. I was also told they would email me a itemized charges statement and never received it.
